The Seattle Metals Guild Northwest Jewelry and Metals Symposium began in a basement room at the University of Washington 31 years ago. We are proud of the journey we have been on and this year is no different. Symposium 2025 promises to honor our history and watch our future unfold before our eyes.

For more than three decades makers and enthusiasts from all backgrounds have found inspiration, information, friendship, and camaraderie at the Symposium. No matter how you define yourself within the field, the Symposium has something to offer everyone. It is a day packed full of deep learning that will stay with you for months, if not years.

The Seattle Metals Guild is dedicated to promoting educational and networking opportunities for metals artists at all career levels and skill sets through lectures, workshops, social gatherings, and other enrichment opportunities in order to strengthen our creative community.
